By registering an account, purchasing premium signal delivery, or otherwise using the Crypto Robotics website, APIs, or simulators (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). Do not use the Services if you disagree.
You must be at least 18 years old, able to form a binding contract, and legally permitted to interact with digital assets and automated trading tools in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and all actions taken through your account.
sub:<user_id>:<plan_code>.Digital asset markets are highly volatile. Historical win-rates, dashboards, and simulators on the Services are hypothetical and do not guarantee future performance. Nothing provided constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. You assume all responsibility for trading or holding crypto assets.
Premium orders are created on-chain. Access becomes active only after the payment is confirmed on-chain and validated by our systems. Pending or failed transfers do not unlock features. Completed payments are non-refundable unless required by law. You must ensure wallet addresses, payment amounts, and recurring billing preferences are accurate.
You agree not to reverse engineer, scrape, or interfere with the Services; deploy automation that abuses API rate limits; misrepresent affiliation with Crypto Robotics; or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or infringes third-party rights.
All branding, dashboards, charts, copy, and software are owned by Crypto Robotics or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or adapt materials without written permission, except for personal, non-commercial use.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Crypto Robotics, its affiliates, and contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, trading losses, or data corruption arising from the use or inability to use the Services.
We may suspend or terminate access or disable subscriptions at our discretion for suspected fraud, security risks, chargebacks, or regulatory requirements. Termination does not relieve you of outstanding payment obligations.
Product features, pricing, and eligibility requirements may evolve as the project moves from pre-launch to live token utilities. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Service component with notice where practical.
We may update these Terms to reflect product changes, legal requirements, or policy improvements. Updates take effect when posted with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
